I had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Antonio Balderas at the front desk, who helped us a lot with our reservations and tours, he was always willing to assist us with a great attitude. Thanks to him, our stay was much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place for its outstanding customer service!

Needs an upgrade!

I have stayed in this hotel many times and it’s an okay place I guess. Seems worn and in need of some upgrades. Clean enough. The food remains terrible and the cocktails are also terrible. There is not too much within walking distance. The beach is wonderful as is the pool and hot tub. It just needs an update!

The only positive was the easy walk to the restaurant across the street. The hotel itself was not tolerable. We checked out after one sleepless night. From the small room sizes, that are adequate for an overnight stay but not longer, to mold in the shower, toilet that constantly self flushed and gurgled, to the breakfast that was a shamble by 10 AM when we went down.

For the price they are charging it was excellent deal. Some public washroom doors did not close or open properly. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff because of lack of English language. Overall very satisfied.

The property was great for a nice chill, off-the-strip vacation on the beach. Enrique and the rest of the restaurant staff made us feel at home and that we were called guests. Would highly recommend!
