"The best part is the location of the hotel. 1 subway stop from Union Station or if the weather is nice, you can actually walk there from Union Station. The room is more like an apartment. It came with a stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. You can actually buy groceries and cook. The downside is the room is clean but very dated. Bathroom is also very dated. The staff is friendly, check in was fast, concierge was helpful in getting us where we want to go."

"I had a party of 4 booked a suite with multiple beds. Called 2 days ahead to ask them to prepare the sofa bed for us with extra pillows and blankets. We checked in at 8 pm, 4 hours after the official check in time. The front desk told us a service guy would come to our room to set up the sofa bed. Something they could have improved; The guests had already called to set up the sofa bed, and they still were not ready at 8 pm. All of the amenities only had 2 sets, not 4. We had to call them to give us 2 more sets and we had to wait for an hour. During that time, we had to call 3 times to the front desk to remind them. Overall, I’m very disappointed on how they serve for larger parties like ours."
