We witnessed a dedicated staff who demonstrated pride in their property and a sincere commitment to serve their guests. The freshness and quality of food was the best in our 15 trips to this part of the world. Great vacation.

The property, staff and food was all good/excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport was expensive and very shady. We were given a price if we wanted to wait 2 to 3 hours for a ride, than a different much more expensive price if we wanted a ride within 10 minutes!!! That is just not right.

Great staff. Great food. The bathroom in the room had zero privacy. Did not like the rooms bathroom. The only negative of this stay.

The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t very much shade over the pool, so you couldn’t be in the water and out of the sun. Otherwise it was a perfect vacation!!!

beautiful large resort, very friendly staff (Edwin in the buffet area was the best!!!) and great food especially the al a carte restaurants. we went to la grand tortuga, tequila portofino and they were all amazing! we would love to go back again:)
