Used to be an upscale hotel now it’s rundown. Shuttle bus picking us up from the airport was 40min late. Called several times. They didn’t seem to know why it was late. When calling the reception. The man answering didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Didn’t care for our needs. The hotel room was clean and had bottled water. No bedbugs at least!!
