I would not suggest this resort. Dining is inconvenient (long waits for tables, meals took 2 hours, staff is unwilling to be accommodating, unable to seat tables properly and food very inconsistent and not always satisfying). The room was worn down (stains on walls, cushions, pillows, rust and mildew on faucets, sewage smell). The pools were nice and well maintained. However, there is very little beach and a lot of seaweed. The staff did little to maintain the seaweed. The location of the resort doesn’t allow to go anywhere else conveniently. I would advise looking at other resorts near prettier water and updated rooms.

Dirty beachfront, very small limited beach. Food basically same every day not very good so we ate off site most days.. Dining staff not very friendly. Attempted to eat in Mexican restaurant on site, waited 1.75 hours after quoted around 20 mins. When we finally got seated no one even greeted our table for 15 mins so we left.

The workers for the room and the restaurant and around the pool area they were excellent the management, the concierge, the front desk they the worst people ever very poor management

Staff was surprisingly rude, as I was a female solo traveler. It was evident when I met a fellow male solo traveler. I was ignored quite often. The food was sub par. Room service was my go to. The drinks were watered down and they frequently ran out of ice. There is nothing close by to do off resort. I enjoyed my time in puerto Vallarta much better.

Front desk staff weren’t helpful. We asked for upgrade and we’re told it had to be done while reserving. The beach and ocean were terrible! Most workers were pleasant. I wanted to switch resorts and the resort said I had to go through agent (Travelocity) Travelocity said I had to do it through the resort. This wasn’t my tropical beach vacation I was looking forward to.

Top notch staff! We enjoyed everyone from the time we walked through the door to the time we walked out the door. Bartenders Roberto and Bolita were super fun and friendly! The sit down restaurants were soooo good! The buffet had many options. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Food was just average. Buffet had best options and Italian was good. But other restaurants food could have been much better. Staff in restaurants not very friendly

Great staff all super friendly, most of the restaurants were close during the visit. The beach was dirty and smells because of an algi problem, so no one got in. Its pretty relaxing, good for families but not for single or younger people, anything fun was 45minutes and taxis were expensive, over all it was a good stay.
